As Head of Visual Design at Bero.ai, I led creative direction for the company’s digital presence, including the public-facing website and the customer-facing platform for managing voice AI agents.

Bero.ai provides a voice AI platform that automates inbound and outbound calls for businesses across industries such as healthcare, finance, and retail. My role focused on creating a cohesive visual system that clearly communicated a complex product while supporting rapid growth in a startup environment.

Voice AI is a powerful but often abstract technology. The challenge was to present the platform in a way that felt both approachable and credible to decision-makers.

The design needed to accomplish two goals:
• clearly explain a complex product to potential customers
• provide an intuitive dashboard experience for managing voice agents and call performance

Because Bero.ai was evolving quickly as a startup, the design system also needed to support rapid iteration and feature expansion.

Marketing Website
I designed the public-facing marketing site to communicate the platform’s capabilities with clarity and confidence.

The visual language blends modern technology aesthetics with a clean and approachable tone, helping the product feel both advanced and accessible to technical and operational audiences.

The site structure emphasizes real-world use cases and key benefits while guiding visitors toward clear calls to action. I also developed a scalable component library and visual framework that enabled the marketing team to expand and update the site as the product evolved quickly.

Customer Platform
The customer dashboard is where clients configure their voice agents, monitor call performance, and manage integrations.

I led the visual design of the platform, focusing on clarity, usability, and brand consistency. The interface uses a focused neutral palette with bold accent colors to guide attention and reinforce hierarchy across complex data and controls.

Working closely with engineering, I helped establish consistent UX patterns that scaled across an expanding set of features. The goal was to create a system that felt powerful but remained approachable for users without deep technical expertise.

By establishing a cohesive visual system across both the marketing site and the customer platform, the design helped position Bero.ai as a credible and scalable solution within the emerging voice AI space.

Balancing startup speed with thoughtful design decisions enabled the team to iterate quickly while maintaining a consistent, trustworthy brand presence.
